Return and Refund Policies
Eligibility
No-Questions-Asked Return
- You can return items if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your item with proof of package integrity (photos or videos).
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Item
- If your product was damaged during shipping or has functional defects, we’re happy to offer you an exchange.
- Please report any damaged or defective items within 30 business days of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
- Exchange shipment costs will be covered by us.
Reshipment of Missing Parts
- If you receive an item missing parts or accessories, we will gladly reship the missing components.
- Please make a reshipment request within 7 business days of receiving the item with proof of package integrity (photos or videos).
- Reshipment costs will be covered by us.
Undelivered Package
- If your item hasn’t arrived one week past the expected delivery date, please submit a request with any supporting evidence. We will work with the shipping company to find out what happened.
Proper Handling Requirement
- Please note that items damaged due to improper handling cannot be exchanged.
Force Majeure Event
- In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters or logistical issues), some terms of our policy may change. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
Process
Submit a Request
- To start your return, exchange, or refund request, please reach out to us at support@wobkey.com within the specified timeframe, and include any necessary proof.
Review and Approval
- We will review and reply your request within 72 hours.
Resolution
- If your request is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions to proceed. Refund or reshipment will be sent based on your request within 72 hours of approval.
