Amazing feel

The Crush 80 Beta has an amazing feel and acoustics. It is definitely a bit more quiet than my Crush 80 Pro. It still manages to keep the same pebble like sensation.

The only issue that I have encountered is that the number row does not always respond to the first keystroke. It sometimes takes a few strokes to get the '-_' key work. I noticed a similar behaviour '0' and '9'. I tried changing the switches, but that did not seem to have any effect.

The Keyboard has been Okay so Far, but it has an Issue

The keyboard has been okay so far. I've had one issue where the q, w, t, u, i, p, f, c, b, n, m, and > keys have slightly scratchy feeling switches and make a very faint clicking noise when they're pressed, not consistent with the other keys.

Sent a broken keyboard, company didn’t care

Sadly i would highly advise using Amazon if you're interested in this product. I was sent a defective keyboard and they made it VERY challenging to get a refund. They said they would cover the return shipping but never did which is pretty disappointing when you recieve a broken product. Very difficult company to work with, I saw others say this but figured it would be fine. The product felt okay but not great assuming yours has functioning keys. Multiple keys did not work and they suggested I take it apart and replace parts myself lol very pathetic experience. I purchased a built keyboard intentionally, hoping the buttons would work considering that's it's only function.

There are multiple keys that require at least 3 key presses before it registers

There are multiple keys that require at least 3 key presses before it registers. I that wasn't an issue the keyboard would be perfect.

Sleepy keys

The build quality is great and the keys sound amazing but the digit, numpad and F keys take a few presses to ‘wake up’ and work. I have tried to fix the issue through swapping the keys with the supplied spares, and updating the firmware. Neither of these have worked, it is definitely a software problem though as the keys work fine until the next time I start the computer after being ‘woken up’. This can be very frustrating and should not be an issue with a keyboard of this price, altogether quite disappointed.
