I am quite happy with this keyboard, in fact it is a joy to use. Unfortunately, I was sent a unit with a faulty USB connection such that I cannot direct connect it to any computer, and therefore am unable to use the keyboard properly or program it with VIA.
This on its own would not be a big deal, however the customer service I received to resolve this issue has been extraordinarily underwhelming. They requested a video showcasing the problem and I provided them a clear and detailed video doing just that. They then proceeded to spend the following week emailing me single banal solutions such as “try a different USB cable”, all of which I of course tried the very first day. It was only after I threatened to ask for a refund that they “passed this issue onto their techs”.
However, it has been nearly two weeks since I have last heard from them, and I even sent a follow-up email asking for an update that has been ignored.
I wanted to wait until writing this review, but it has been well over 3 weeks with no resolution in sight. I would be happy to revise this review once the issue is addressed, but until then, ordering directly from WOBKEY has been a tremendous disappointment.
