Bought on wobkey.com
We handle it directly. Email support@wobkey.com with your order number, a description, and (ideally) a short video. Returns and refunds follow our refund policy; spare parts and repair kits are sold on the site so out-of-warranty fixes stay cheap.
Bought on Amazon
Start from your Amazon order page (“Get product support” / return flow) — Amazon fulfils and handles logistics for those orders, which is usually the fastest path. Technical questions are still welcome at support@wobkey.com either way.
Bought from an authorized reseller
