The keyboard has been giving me issues since I purchased it

The keyboard has been giving me issues since I purchased it. It somehow is not recognized by my PC, even though it Is awired keyboard. I connect it using the USBC cable. Another wobkey user Saud they had the same issue.
How can I get a replacement?

Great Buy

Super customizable straight out of the box and comes with tools and hardware that you can use in the keyboard. The only minor complaint I have is the Caps Lock key being the method of turning on bluetooth. Other than that, I'd say this was a great buy that needs no work done on it (if you don't want to).

Package was mostly good

At first I thought my package was late but turns out it was delivered to a wrong address but now I have it and I gotta say it’s actually really nice, I feel like it feels good, preforms well, and was easy to set up, it’s really good for its price and I feel like it’s worth the price. Overall, good product and the customer service was fantastic.

About as good as its going to get for the price out of the box.

I've only had this keyboard for a couple of weeks but so far I have really been enjoying it. It feels nice to type on and play games on. Also, it sounds good straight out of the box and I like the software for it. Only problems I have had with the keyboard were: it stopped working with the wire connected upon connecting and disconnecting the wireless USB, but I was able to find a fix for it with a quick search. The other thing is that the on/off button being under the caps lock key cap kind of sucks. Those are both minor things in my opinion though and I still highly recommend this keyboard.

Crush 80 is the best customizable keyboard you can buy without spending silly amounts of money

Crush 80 is the best customizable keyboard you can buy without spending silly amounts of money. On top of that, the feel and sound of each key press is so well made that will make opinionated keyboard enthusiasts re-evaluate their standards. For rea, do yourself a favour and buy one (or two)!
