I’ve got a problem with sleeping keys that don’t work when pressed once but after that it’s fine. Also, The keyboard is lacking full VIA compatibility so remapping all the keys is not fully possible(no differentiation between shited/not shifted). All in all a fine keyboard with a few problems but I still enjoy typing on it. Hardware is amazing for this price but the software is lacking. Don’t underestimate the importance of good software.

So I am not a keyboard enthusiast, I just found this keyboard after a few youtubers recommended it. The things that people should know: 1) In order to turn the keyboard on and off (if you are using it wirelessly) you need to pull off the caps lock key to access the on switch. The keys are soft plastic, the included key cap puller will make scratches on the keys. So here I am day 1 and already my keys are already scratched. 2) The keyboard comes apart very easily, if you pickup the keyboard it will break into two pieces, you have to support the keyboard from the bottom like an overloaded grocery bag. I wish the keys where high quality and no so easily scratched, and I wish the keyboard did not come apart so easily.

I've had contact with Wobkey. We did some troubleshooting to see what the issue might be. They are now sending a replacement PCB. If this fixes the issue, I have no problem changing my review (again) to 5 stars.

Well - they did say "send us feedback"...
The Bad –
- It's broken. I played around with the keyboard for the first 2 days at home, and everything was fine. I brought the keyboard to work, and it stopped working 2 minutes after logging in. No lights, no detection in Windows, no Bluetooth, nothing. I have tried countless solutions to get it to turn back on. I see no signs of physical damage, but I really don't know what I am looking at. I have no reason to think the USB port on my PC caused this as I’ve used the same ports on multiple other keyboards. Static from my office chair? Who knows. Either way, something fried.
- We are firmly in the 4th day of reaching out to Wobkey support, and a follow-up 1 day ago with more information. I have heard nothing back. Their policy does say it can take up to 72 hours for review, but an acknowledgment that it is at least being investigated would go a long way.
The Meh –
- It took 8 days to finally get a tracking number, and then another 3 for delivery. After 6 days, I emailed to question the status, given that the item was in stock and their listing says 2-5 days shipping. To Wobkey's credit, they quickly responded and said there was a mix-up on their end. For reference, the shipment was fulfilled by an amazon seller. At that point, I probably would have been better off just buying it directly from that Amazon reseller instead of Wobkey’s website.
- The ball-catch is a great idea. It's super easy to take the top off and tinker whenever you want. The issue I'm seeing is that I think it releases too easily. I’ve reached multiple times to pick up the keyboard (with my thumb around the front and my other fingers around the back) and the weight of the board is enough to drop out of the ball catch if you pick it up too quickly.
The Good –
- The finish is great, the sound is great, the feel is great. I've even had coworkers come by just to pick it up because they can't believe how heavy it is.
Summary -
If it worked, this would be a 5-star review. It really does feel like a nice product. Maybe I got a dud, but part of me thinks I should have just listened to Reddit (or even the other 1-star reviews on this website)...

Just a comment for Linux user : binding keys using via.app doesn't work for the moment.
