I am writing regarding my order (Order No. WB24731).

It has been over three weeks since the shipment was sent on March 19, but I have not received the package or any updates. I also have not received any notification from EZ Way.

I previously replied to the representative who asked for my Taiwan address in Chinese, but I have not received a response. I have also contacted your customer service, but have not heard back.

At the moment, I am unsure about the status or location of my shipment.

Could you please provide an update on the shipment status and a valid tracking method? The tracking number on your website currently shows “Not found.”

Great. Exactly as described. Battery lasts longer than expected.

The body of the Rainy 75 is great. It feels heavy, the ports are good, and the build quality is overall great. My only complaint is that I don't like the sound of the typing. I reached out to customer service but they assured me there's no refund or exchange or anything for different switches or keyboard. I'm going to try a different switch style and just eat the cost.

Exactly as expected, really happy with it so far after 2 weeks of daily use.

Awesome keyboard Girlfriend has been wanting this for more than 3 years. Finally decided to buy it, shipment only took 3ish days which was really fast. Keyboard is worth the price.
